All pet kittens must be spayed/neutered before reaching 7 months of age. registration papers  are available upon presentation of a Veterinarian's certificate of spaying/neutering. If this cat should be bred the resulting kittens will be the property of Grace Lush and there will be an additional charge of $1000.  The cat will be return to Grace Lush with all kittens and no money will be refunded.
Health is guaranteed for a period of 72 hrs from the time the kitten leaves the possession of the seller. It is recommended that you take the kitten to your Veterinarian (at your expense) within this time period for your own satisfaction and protection. If the kitten is found to be medically deficient, it may be returned, and the purchase price will be refunded.  If there is a minor problem and you choose to have it attended to by your veterinarian that will be at your expense. If said kitten has been exposed to any other cats within the time prior to return, the seller will retain a portion of the purchase price for FeIV and FIV testing.
Should the kitten die within six months as a direct result of a congenital defect (unknown at the time of sale), said kitten will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate autopsy is preformed by a licensed Veterinarian and a Vet's Certificate is provided as to the cause of 
 A replacement kitten of comparable quality and value, as available, will be made at the discretion of the breeder.
The breeder is to have first option of ownership of this cat if the new owners can no longer keep it. It or any of its offspring are NOT to be sold to or in pet shops.
